Come to our very friendly Craft Club! We meet on the first and third Thursday of each month. 

Today's crafty theme is Christmas and we will be making various decorations and novelty items!

10 am to 12 noon.

No need to book, just turn up! Entry is £4 per person to include all materials and refreshments: tea, coffee, cake, biscuits, etc.

We invite you to our very popular Quiz Night! Come with or without a team, you’ll be very welcome!

Come stargazing with Dr David Arditti, President of the British Astronomical Association, Mr Paul Skidmore & the BoxtreeParkFriends. Our experts will explain the planets and stars and answer all your questions! And …. there will be a few telescopes available so you can get a close up view of our beautiful night sky!  Bring your own binoculars, if you have them, wear warm clothes and join us for an entertaining, interesting, informative & FREE event.  Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the Weighton Road park gate HA3 6HZ (free parking inside the park). Note: this event is weather dependent. The book for discussion in November is “Jigs and Reels', by Joanne Harris. This is our Christmas gathering so we will be meeting at Kemp's BBQ restaurant (opposite Waitrose) at 2 pm.  Please contact 07787 502 146 if you want to join us as we need to know numbers, in advance. This will be the last Book Club meeting of 2024.  More details on the 2025 programme coming soon!
