We meet on the first and third Thursday of each month.  On the second Thursday we invite you to bring your own knitting, sewing, pencils and paintbox or other arty, crafty hobby to our friendly and welcoming Craft Club.  If you don't have a hobby, we will provide some activities for you!  VENUE: GUIDE HQ 10 MARICAS AVENUE HA3 6JA.  ALL WELCOME!  £4 PP to include refreshments.

Bring your doggy to our annual Fun Dog Show on Saturday 18 May. 

Our lovely Judges, Julie & Wendy, will be using all their skills to pick the best dog in each category! 

Starts at 12 noon. Registration is from 11 am. It’s a fun show with lots of categories: 

Best pedigree, best non-pedigree, best puppy (under 12 months), best veteran (over 7 yrs), most beautiful girl, most handsome boy, best young-handler (under 12), most obedient, waggiest tail, best ball-catcher! 

£1 per category, per dog.

And … there will be a special dog obedience display by dog trainer, Harriet & her team!

Come stargazing with Dr David Arditti, President of the British Astronomical Association, Mr Paul Skidmore & the BoxtreeParkFriends. Our experts will explain the planets and stars and answer all your questions! And …. there will be a few telescopes available so you can get a close up view of our beautiful night sky!  Bring your own binoculars, if you have them, wear warm clothes and join us for an entertaining, interesting & informative event.  Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the Weighton Road park gate HA3 6HZ (free parking inside the park). Note: this event is weather dependent. The book for discussion in May is, "Keeper" by Jessica Moor. We meet in the Memorial Hall, High Road, Harrow Weald, HA3 6HE (opposite the park and next to KFC, free parking behind the hall) at 2 pm.  £1 nominal entry fee. All welcome! 

We invite you to our very popular Quiz Night! Come with or without a team, you’ll be very welcome!

There will be a raffle plus games & spot prizes!

Please come along to our MONTHLY Sunday morning gathering in the park. We meet outside the Bowls Club at 10 am for litter picking, gardening and a general tidy up of the park. We can provide gloves, tools and litter pickers if you don’t have your own. Come and join in and make the park a better place! 

Join us on our annual day out to RHS Wisley!  Our coach will leave Harrow Weald at 10 am.  Arriving at Wisley around 11 am, you will be met by our RHS friend, Chris Young, who will point out all the amazing things to see!  You are then free to wander at leisure and enjoy the wonderful RHS Wisley gardens!  There are lots of places to picnic if you want to take a packed lunch with you or you can eat in one of Wisley’s lovely restaurants.  The coach will collect you at 3.30 pm and bring you back to Harrow Weald.  Cost: £30 pp.  Places are limited so call 07787 502 146 now to book your place!  All welcome!
